The weekday ones are usually about an hour at most, and the weekends are when I do my long runs. Although I haven't run since I finished my half marathon last month, whoops (I got burned out). I struggle with follow-thru on just about every diet or running plan I've ever started! I did train for a 5K but I ended up walking half of it. I'd love to train the right way and actually be able to run the whole thing. Congrats on making progress. The only tid bit of encouragement I can offer would be a good playlist. My friends who run marathons swear by a rockin playlist to keep them going. You can research songs that's beats make you run faster and download a playlist that will keep you going.
